Excitement and anticipation levels at Salterns Marina are building as preparation for the fourth Sandbanks Boat Show is in full swing

We are delighted to confirm the big and beautiful stars of the show will shine once again on 10th and 11th May, including Princess, Sunseeker and Fairline.  There will be an unprecedented and diverse line-up of  over 70 new boats on the water including sports cruisers, high performance, fishing, ribs including tenders, jet skis and marine associated products, such as marine electronics, engines and ancillary equipment.

Whether you’re new to boating, looking to change your vessel or want simple advice, there are experts on hand to help you make the right decision.   This is a friendly, relaxed show where admission is free to all visitors from 10am – 5pm daily.

This year we welcome Porsche Centre Bournemouth who will debut the new Macan; the new compact SUV, along with the new 911 Turbo.

Our trusty and dependable RNLI will also be in attendance where they will be hosting a free lifejacket clinic and give vital safety advice. Bring along your lifejacket and have it checked free of charge for safety.

And after all that ‘oohing and aahing at boats we’ve plenty to tempt your taste-buds.  Back by popular demand is Timmy’s Pies with his ‘bad boy’ pies, all boxed up and looking splendid.  South West Fisheries provide the most fabulous freshly prepared fish and shellfish, all washed down with some real ale, champagne or fine wine from our new friends Upham Brewery.  With some welcome live entertainment this will surely bring a smile to your face and help kick start the boating season.
